Sign for Seaside Cottages 37km north from Phuket town on the main highway 402 showing 3016 turning.
If driving look out for the white posts along the middle of
the highway 402 showing the distance in kilometers from Phuket town and spaced
every 100 meters. When traveling north towards the Sarasin Bridge, at the 37 km
marker you will see blue signs for Seaside Cottages, Mai Khao Beach Bungalows
and Piraya Resort & Spa (see photo above). Turn left here onto the side road
3016 and travel for 2 kilometers until you see more signs and turn right here
(pictured below)
Don't worry if you miss the turning to 3016, just take the
next U-turn and another to come back and try again.
Follow the road for another 2 kilometers. You will travel around a lake to the right, go past the Holiday Inn towards Piraya Resort & Spa. Just past the Piraya entrance you will see a private road with a gate that leads to Seaside Cottages. You will need to walk 400 meters to Reception so it is best to arrive in daylight hours as there is no lighting along the track.
There is a 'TAXI METER' kiosk outside the airport building. Look to the right and walk about 30 meters where you will be able to get here for 350 Baht
Metered taxis and airport 'limousines' are available at the airport costing from around 350 Baht. You will need directions printed in Thai language only (see below). Please note that many of the drivers may not know where we are or even tell you that we are closed and take you to a different resort where they earn commission. This is common practice in Phuket and other parts of Thailand. It is for this reason we recommend that you use our own transfer service.

costing around 50 Baht per person. It takes about 1 hour and will stop on the
main highway. You can either walk from there 2km (37km marker mentioned below)
or you maybe able to hire a motorcycle taxi. Alternatively, we can pick you up
from the main highway at the 3016 junction for 4 US Dollars which is payable

Buses from other parts of the country will normally stop at the police
checkpoint or further along the main highway (Marriott entrance). You can hire a taxi or 20 minutes walk from there.
If you're fit and don't mind the heat you can reach us by walking along the beach either from the airport at Nai Yang or from Sarasin Bridge at the most northern part of Phuket. Either direction should take around 60-90 minutes (don't forget to carry some water and a hat if you're not used to the sun). If traveling from the main highway just follow our blue signs until you get to the beach which is about 2km from the road.
